The Columbus Lion’s mascot, Sport, traveled all the way from East Africa just to be part of the Lion’s football team. A graduate of Lion’s Pride University and the starting quarterback for the LPU football team, Sport has become a great addition to the community and our team.
Since tearing his ACL in his back left knee his senior year Sport has had to retire from football. And although you may not catch him on the field making those big plays, you can catch him in the stands with all of the Lion’s fans and on the field dancing and cutting up at every home game!  GO LIONS!!
