INTERNSHIP OPPROTUNITIES

Position: Internships
Location: Columbus, GA
Organization: Columbus Lions, Professional Arena Football Team

Overview:
The Columbus Lions are seeking highly motivated interns to join our team support our ticketing department, game day operations, community outreach, football operations, and multimedia. This position would assist with a wide range of functions to support the organization, ensuring seamless operations, and even helping the team's revenue departments. Interns would report to our leadership team. This is a on-site, full-time position with the Columbus Lions Football Team. Local candidates preferred, outside candidates will be considered but relocation will be encouraged to fulfill this role for the 2026 season.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work Lions games and community events.
• Willing to learn and handle multiple game day roles along with role to support our front office during the week.
• Must have some experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, or equivalent business software for organizational purposes.
• Experience in accounting and logistics is appreciated but not required.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• No football experience is required.
• Customer Experience is required.

Compensation:

• Internship - Non-Compensated, professional internship opportunity may be accredited with your college intuition for college credit hours.
• Potential, Sales commission potential, pending discussion with ownership and dependent on the experience of the applicant.
